Our Passion Drives Our Design
Decor Design & Construction (DDC) was established by Mark Strouse, who dreamed of bringing consistency and a new level of quality to the building industry, as well as providing his clients with only the highest quality product. Mark has been a professional custom framer/builder in Medina County for the past eighteen years; personally building, assisting or supervising over 300 custom homes.
DDC offers the custom home buyer choices that other builders will not; making the home building experience satisfying and rewarding. DDC has earned a reputation for excellence by building custom homes priced from $200,000 to $10,000,000, offering custom home building design services and remodeling of existing homes or light commercial buildings.
Homes built by DDC feature many unique attributes that make each home distinct. Vaulted ceilings, spacious rooms, walkout basements and a variety of other features have given this company a unique and respected position in today’s marketplace.
DDC is most proud of its unique philosophy on customer service. They believe keeping an open line of communication with the client, throughout the entire building process, is the single most important ingredient in the recipe for their success. After all, the motto at DDC has always been “if you can dream it, we can build it.”
A strong and diverse area of expertise, a genuine concern for the client’s happiness and offering a superior home at an affordable price, has set DDC apart from the competition. After all, they are not only building homes, but also a long list of proud homeowners.
“BUILDING A NEW HOME DOES NOT HAVE TO BE STRESSFUL...
